    55As a consequence, CGI now has a new maintainer, upstream development has been moved to [https://github.com/leejo/CGI.pm GitHub], the module version has been updated to 4.0.3 and there are some important changes.
    6   * CGI::Fast has been moved out of CGI to a separate module so that the basic CGI module doesn't need a C compiler to build. This may some require adjustment of dependencies as well.
