Description
The debug variant of nginx was dropped without explanation in r92282, when reordering variants, so most likely just by accident. Attached patch adds it back.

I don't think the debug variant is particularly useful, and I think debug symbols should be something handled by MacPorts in the same way for all ports, but since there apparently is interest in having it, r125194.
