Description
Attached is a patch that improves system tray menus:
- show the intended title instead of an empty item
- heed the KDE setting to show icons in menus or not

NB: the patch was developed with kdelibs4 git/master (4.14.0) but applies cleanly to kdelibs 4.12.5

This patch has been extended to include an improved association of the Apple Preferences menu item from the Application menu with the application's "Configure <application>..." menu action.
