Description
This long awaited update to cairo is finally available and fixes certain down scaling issues that have been plaguing inkscape for some time.

Update: in addition to the inkscape issues (mentioned above) solved by cairo 1.14.0, gtk3 requires this version as of 3.15.2.

Please consider applying the diff from this cairo commit to prevent random crashes with upcoming Inkscape 0.91.
