hdf5 @1.8.13 Conflicts with itself

Description

The Portfile of hdf5 contains the line "conflicts hdf5", so the command "port install hdf5" causes an error if hdf5 is already installed. (Usually it wouldn't be a problem; today I tried to reinstall ports for Yosemite, so I had to uninstall and install this port again and again, whenever the migration script failed due to other ports.)
