port upgrade outdated fails

Fails to upgrade perl5. Ran macports_34482_fix, which also fails, with the following:-

Please remember to use WikiFormatting.

I'm not familiar with "macports_34482_fix".

The error seems to be saying that you are trying to uninstall perl5, but you cannot, because there are still ports installed that depend on perl5.
