Description

Portfile for new port ​OWSLib.
OWSLib is a Python package for client programming with Open Geospatial Consortium (OGC) web service (hence OWS) interface standards, and their related content models.
Required by some port (py-cartopy, py-matplotlib-basemap) for optional funtionalities.

I committed a very similar port named py-owslib in r127605. Actually, this was motivated by your ticket against py-cartopy, where I was revising dependencies. If you note any relevant differences just let me know.
