Description
The eww browser in emacs 24.4 requires compilation against libxml2.
The portfile seems to run configure with --without-xml2.
Have I missed something? Is there a reason the libxml2 dependency is explicitly disabled? Would this warrant a variant?

No reason other than that previous versions of emacs did not depend on libxml2. We can change that...
