atlas: build fails with "'atlas_zNCmm.h' file not found"

Hi

I was trying to do a selfupdate and then an update outated and I've got errors at the upgrading of atlas.

If I do 

sudo port install atlas

I see in the log this error: 

:info:build /opt/local/var/macports/build/_opt_local_var_macports_sources_rsync.macports.org_release_tarballs_ports_math_atlas/atlas/work/ATLAS/build/..//include/atlas_kern3.h:34:10: fatal error: 'atlas_zNCmm.h' file not found.

I'm using MacPorts 2.3.2 on MacOSX 10.9.5

Any Idea how to solve?

As long as I don't have the full log, I can't tell what's going on. Daniele, può aggiungere il log? Senza quest'informazione non posso far nulla.
