I've created a port of octave-divand 1.1.2: 

divand performs an n-dimensional variational analysis (interpolation) of arbitrarily located observations.

Use octave-1.1 PortGroup.

After some further testing: Don't use Portfile.2. Version 1 uses the octave-1.0 PortGroup.
