Description

I'm getting the following error when trying to install p5.20-xml-atom: 

Error: org.macports.activate for port p5.20-inc-latest returned: Image error: /opt/local/lib/perl5/vendor_perl/5.20/inc/latest.pm is being used by the active p5.20-module-build port.  Please deactivate this port first, or use 'port -f activate p5.20-inc-latest' to force the activation.

I saw r12993 now.

I need to do some additional tests to figure out if some of my sources were just out of sync when I reported the problem.

Yes, fixed in r12993 according to my testing. Do you agree?
