cpan2port: fix exceptions

Description

cpan2port sometimes fails to work, but I didn't yet figure out the pattern when that happens. Here's an example: 

> cpan2port -t Astro
(((can't expand Astro at /path/to/cpan2port line 149.
))) at /path/to/cpan2port line 353.
	main::foreach_pkg('CODE(0x7fac11003ce8)') called at /path/to/cpan2port line 378
