youtube-dl @2014.12.17.2_0: make ffmpeg dependency optional

Description
In #36705, ffmpeg is added as a dependency of youtube-dl. This is a rather heavy dependency when ffmpeg is required only to support one feature of youtube-dl which people may not use. In Debian, ffmpeg (and other similar packages) are recommended, but not dependencies. I suggest we take that approach here.

Thanks. In future tickets, please Cc any port maintainers (port info --maintainers youtube-dl).
MacPorts does not provide for “recommended” functionality. A variant could be used, but that would be clunky.

I've made it an optional-but-on-by-default variant in r131105. That should be close enough.
