Summary: Configuring php5 errordrupal7 depends on obsolete php5 port

The php5 port is obsolete. drupal7 needs to update its dependencies.

The drupal7 port is also years out of date and needs to be updated to a newer version. See #38026.

I believe this patch #49138 makes this ticket obsolete.
