oxygen-icons 4.14.3 Unnecessary Dependencies

Description

The oxygen-icons port does not need the kde4 port group. Using the cmake port group is sufficient.

The kde4 port group will attempt to install the following ports as either build or lib dependencies: 

The following dependencies will be installed: 
 autoconf
 automake
 automoc
 dbus
 lcms
 libmng
 qt4-mac

All of which are unnecessary as this port simply installs a bunch of *.png images into /usr/share/icons. One shouldn't need to install qt4-mac in order to install this icon theme.
