Update p5-statistics-descriptive to v3.0608:
3.0608 2015-01-14
- Apply patch to speed up skewness calculations.

This addresses the mention of this port in p5-*: add support for perl5.18 and perl5.20, comment 4

I tested the patch, but port -v -t test p5.20-statistics-descriptive fails.
Shouldn't the port depend on List::MoreUtils as also reported on CTAN?
