Description

apache24-devel has been updated to version 2.4.12. Somehow an old issue, the error "ulimit: open files: cannot modify limit: Invalid argument" when running apachectl has resurfaced. Added patch to avoid this.

Committed as r135006 with a small change: only apply that patch on darwin. Presumably we don't want to mess with freebsd or openbsd systems.
