As per the Guide, please attach a patch against the current portfile instead of a whole new portfile.

Is there any important patch in there you need immediately? I usually try to keep vim, vim-app and MacVim in sync.

Yes. The set breakindent config parameter would be useful.
Version 7.4.338 (June 25, 2014) was when it was introduced but version 7.4.594 (January 27, 2015) was the most recent release with a fix specifically addressing breakindent.
Anything including or after 7.4.594 would be appreciated.
