When I tried to update the port, some rsync fail (see attached file)

You have apparently added sources from openmodelica.org to your sources.conf file, and these are failing. These are unofficial repositories of which we have no knowledge. You'll need to speak with the people at openmodelica.org for assistance with this problem.
