Description
I've attached a Portfile for py-terminado (which depends on py-ptyprocess, will submit that in a second). When terminado is installed, ipython 3.0 can open terminals in the notebook interface. Once they are included, it would be good to make ipython +notebook depend on py-terminado.

just realized that I put py-ptyprocess and py-tornado as build dependencies, but they should be library dependencies. Fixed now.

In general, for new ports we try to have maintainers for them.
