Update MacVim to snapshot 74. Note that breakindent is now a part of MacVim.

There shouldn’t be any reason to set master_sites explicitly.

I don't understand- why not? I can't figure out how to make macports print out the default master_sites, or how it figures out where to download from in this scenario.
