Description
The current libebml Portfile is at version 0.7.2. Recent ffmpegs only build with 0.7.3 and later. This patch upgrades the Portfile to the 0.7.5 version.

Err -- it was actually VLC that depends on the newer libebml. There's not yet a Portfile for VLC, but I'm working on one.
