traceroute: error copying "/opt/local/share/libtool/config.guess"

Description

Here is the full console output when installing traceroute: 

pete$ sudo port install traceroute
--->  Computing dependencies for traceroute
--->  Configuring traceroute
Error: org.macports.configure for port traceroute returned: error copying "/opt/local/share/libtool/config.guess": no such file or directory

Looks like config.guess and config.sub moved in some recent version of libtool.
