Please attach the main.log and config.log files mentioned in the error message so that we can see what went wrong.

yeah, main.log and config.log are necessary to troubleshoot - my best guess without that is just that you don't have a working jdk installed (and we really need to improve the port and/or the java portgroup to detect that and direct people to download/install one).
