ledger @3.1 install/update failure

Description

During a routine update the ledger port failed to build. After uninstalling and cleaning it and its dependencies and attempting to reinstall it, I got the attached console output (the dependencies were installed on a previous attempt )and the referenced log file.

Ledger won't compile with boost v1.58. There is a PR to fix this:

​https://github.com/ledger/ledger/pull/417

The attached patch (ledger-3.1-boost-1.58.patch) can be used in the meantime.
