Description
Hello,
port install digikam installs a whole lot of dependancies which enable digikam to view all kinds of media files. However, two important dependancies for Phonon / GStreamer backends are missing, so by default Digikam cannot play back movie files on OS X.
Please add the two packages "gstreamer1-gst-libav" and "gstreamer1-gst-plugins-good" to Digikam's dependancies. After installing those packages, video playback from within Digikam works.
