Description
This update brings libkexiv2 up to date with the last backport that was applied upstream.
(no idea how urgent this is; I updated the port locally hunting for a bug that in the end turned out to be purely in port:exiv2.)

We would rather not switch to fetching from git if we can avoid it. And in this case it looks like it can be easily avoided because there is only very minimal change between 4.14.3 and what you've called 4.14.3.1 -- only one commit, in fact. And I can't find any evidence of this actually being known as 4.14.3.1 by upstream.
I propose instead just to add a patchfile for this one commit and increase the revision. See attached.
