Description
Proposal for two small corrections to the doxygen Portfile:
- install the wizard app in the dedicated Qt4 directory,
qt_apps_dir(/Applications/MacPorts/Qt4) - patch tmake.conf to build using
configure.optflagsinstead of a hand-coded-O3. Makes it possible to build with debug information, for instance.

This no longer applies, because doxygen's build system is now CMake as of 1.8.10 and large parts of the Portfile have changed.
