transfig Portfile does not have a correct URL

Description

The transfig and xfig source files have been moved to ​http://xfig.org/software/xfig/3.2.4/transfig. 3.2.4.tar.gz rather than ​http://xfig.org/xfigdist/. The xfigdist page (and all sub-pages) redirects to ​http://xfig.org/art2.html, and thus causes md5sum errors.
