Ryan, can you apply this patch and try to do a x86-64 build on Tiger, if it’s not too much trouble? If that fails, apply this patch and try again.

Okay, I know that the x86-64 assembly doesn’t work on Leopard with the default compiler, so I’m going to assume that it doesn’t work on Tiger, either.
