libusb-compat: various changes

Patch is attached that does the following:

  • adds me as co-maintainer;
  • moves to using github PortGroup;
  • moves to using the latest GIT commit since this port isn't updated regularly and is quite stable;
  • allow for using port libusb or libusb-devel;
  • fix homepage;
  • whitespace.

Can't say I'm a big fan of using a random git commit rather than an actual release.

Changes between v0.1.5 and master seem incredibly minor. Would prefer to stick with the release without a good reason. Also, 1.0.5-20140226?

Sticking with 0.1.5 is OK with me, too. 2 of the "since 0.1.5" commits look useful; maybe add them as patches?

Pushed 739e6df87fb191d44c02df8e372c8898d66c1609 with some of the changes. Notably, added michaelld as maintainer so he can do whatever he wants... it seems like that git tag may no longer be relevant; I see in libusb github that there's a 0.1.6-rc2 now.
