Looks like unrar could be updated: 

$ port livecheck unrar
unrar seems to have been updated (port version: 5.2.7, new version: 5.3.1)

current version is 5.3.11 - it looks like patch-dll.hpp.diff isn't needed

however, libunrar fails to build

consio.cpp:339:3: error: use of undeclared identifier 'mprintf'
