Why not update to 1.6?
scalable password generator. version 1.6
There are also a few things that can be fixed in the Portfile - version shouldn't be in distfiles and livecheck doesn't work

In version 1.6 the codebase is completely different, still working on a patch to get it to build. Figured a minor update would be acceptable until then.

OK, I cleaned up the Portfile a little more - make sure you update before you start working on another patch
Also, the man page isn't correct while the --help is - we might want to not install the man or correct it.
