guile: re-enable universal variant

Description

guile is now (r139728) a dependency of gdb, which has the universal variant available.

However, guile's universal variant was disabled in r130525 due to merge conflicts. 

Error: Cannot install gdb for the archs 'i386 x86_64' because
Error: its dependency guile does not build for the required archs by default
Error: and does not have a universal variant.

We should probably find a way to make guile build universal again.

For now, I will be removing guile as a dependency of gdb, because it's optional.

guile has no maintainer.

Stuart is gdb's maintainer, whom I didn't add intentionally because he can't do anything regarding this problem.

Opportunistic use of guile prevented in r140008.

Typo on my part, fixed now. I just thought that you ought to let Stuart know why you're changing his port (gdb).
