portfile.7 is missing some keywords

I notice the following missing keywords in portfile.7. Maybe we can fix this for 1.1?

• fetch.type
• cvs.root

• $portpath is referenced on the man portfile page, but nowhere do we say what it is.

• startupitem.start
• startupitem.stop
• startupitem.restart

Additional new startupitem keys for 1.2:

• startupitem.type (default, systemstarter, launchd, rcng). rcng is not up to date.
• startupitem.executable
• startupitem.logfile
• startupitem.logevents (yes/no)
• startupitem.pidfile none|auto|cleanup|manual [path]

• svn.tag (a -r tag to fetch from)

startupitem_type

Set the default type of startupitems to be generated. If set to "default", then a type will be selected that's appropriate to the OS. Supported types are: SystemStarter, launchd, default, rcNG. Default: default

Here is an updated portfile that follows the notes. It adds:

-startupitems.keywords -cvs.root key -svn fetch section

Modifications:

-changed occurrances of DarwinPorts to MacPorts -reworked dependency section to reflect new default port:<port> style
