xz fails to build on Lion

Description

Upgrading cctools from 5.2.1 to 5.2.2 on Lion fails to build. I have cleaned the xz port and tried to upgrade again to version 5.2.2. Still fails to build. See attached log.

The log shows: 

:info:configure dyld: Library not loaded: /opt/local/lib/libncurses.5.dylib
:info:configure   Referenced from: /opt/local/lib/libreadline.6.dylib

Upgrade readline first. See ProblemHotlist#ncurses6.
