Description

Patch attached for review which

  • updates glabels to version 3.2.1 including gtk3 support
  • updates dependencies as required, including optional dependencies barcode and qrencode
  • uses upstream autogen.sh to reconfigure for intltool 0.51 compatibility
  • updates post-activate processing as required

Please advise if you have any concerns about committing these changes
