I don't have anything at the moment. I've been using my own patched version for a while. It may depend on the compiler used. Several people have noted this flaw (the fix actually came from http://www.astromatic.net/forum/showthread.php?tid=929 ) As noted in the thread pointed to by the URL, homebrew has a patch.
I think that the fact that it is invalid (undefined) C warrants a fix, whether or not it triggers a bug.
