Description
I'm installing python27 port on a just updated to OSX 10.11.1 machine. I'm attaching also the log.

The log says you are using clang 600.0.54. According to XcodeVersionInfo, clang 600.0.54 is from Xcode 6.1. Xcode 6.1 is not compatible with El Capitan. Please upgrade to Xcode 7 or later, and the corresponding version of the command line developer tools.
