Portfile attached.
Splint is a really cool modern version of lint... checks your C source code for memory errors, security problems, etc.

there is already a splint in devel: http://www.opendarwin.org/cgi-bin/cvsweb.cgi/proj/darwinports/dports/devel/splint/
(though strangely it does not show up on a 'port search splint', even though it's in the index I'll look into that.)
the splint version which we currently have is 3.1.0. (is your's the same splint, just a differen version, since the one you submitted has the version 3.0.1.6)

So I swear I checked the ports collection first... honest!
Turns out that the splint webpage http://www.splint.org/ is just out of sync... and that my dports tree was also just out of sync....
