The file is definitely there on the ftp server. Do you typically have problems fetching files from ftp servers on your network?

Ideally we should add http mirrors to ports that only fetch from ftp.

Even more ideally our main mirror would mirror the file, but it itself has problems fetching from ftp servers.

In r142611 I updated freetds to the latest stable version and added an http mirror.
