perl5 @5.16.3_0: no destroot found

When I try to build ImageMagick, it fails on Perl5, which I already have installed through MacPorts. It seems to be complaining about the same version I have installed. See below for terminal output where I list my current perl5 version, and right below that where I try to install ImageMagick.

I am on OS X 10.10.5. I installed MacPorts yesterday, and I am willing to test whatever updates the author of the port cares to make.
