gqrx fails to install because doxygen fails to install

Description
I am trying to install GQRX and it keeps failing at the point where it tries to install Doxygen. I have gone to the Doxygen website and installed the mac version from there but the GQRX install still fails as it must not being seeing that the current version of Doxygen is already on my system. What do I need to do get this install to work? Also, I tried to look at the log file that it tells you to look at and the folder appears to be empty in the finder?

For the most part, MacPorts does not make use of dependencies (like doxygen) that you manually installed outside of MacPorts. This is a deliberate design decision.
Please run "sudo port clean doxygen" and try again. If it fails again, please attach the main.log file mentioned in the error message.

Hi, I followed your instructions and it worked. GQRX finished installing successfully. Thanks for the help.
