The latest stable version of the geoip module, 1.0.8, as well as the latest beta version, 1.1.0, do not build with php 7. This has been reported to the developers ​here. When the developers release a version that is compatible with php 7, I'll update the MacPorts port to that version and add the php70-geoip subport.
