Description
Updating imapsync from 1.607 to 1.678, and adding Ports for dependencies p5-filesys-dfportable and p5-json-webtoken (both generated with cpan2port with minor edits by me).

In the future, please Cc the port maintainers (port info --maintainers imapsync), if any. As reporter, you do not need to Cc yourself.
The revision line should be deleted because it starts at 0 when increasing the version and that is the default value.

Committed in r147967 with the following changes:
- Updated to 1.684
- Changed master_site to https, since the server redirects there anyway
