Description
nghttp2 has been updated to version 1.9.2. New this version:
- nghttpx: Fix crash with backend failure
- nghttpx: Better distribute load to backend h2 servers
- nghttpx: Fix error messages on deprecated mode
- nghttpx: Fix bug that logger wrote string which was not NULL-terminated
- nghttpx: Fix bug that proxy with HTTP/1.1 CONNECT did not work

IIRC only python 2.x is supported. This may have changed over time, so I'll recheck.
