Fix committed in r147558. Adds variants +gtk3 +qt, both disabled by default to prevent opportunistic configuration. These variants add GTK3 X11/GL and Qt5 Mac windowing elements respectively. Revision incremented to ensure a repeatable build.

Confirmed. Also gtk3. I'm testing an update now that will make this more deterministic. Thanks for the report.
