Description
The current production release of ROOT6 (6.06.02) has an issue with the TMVA library that makes it problematic to use for a large number of use cases.
Upstream has fixed this, but it is not yet in a release, so as TMVA is one of the more widely used components of ROOT I have decided to make this update based on the 6.06.03 development series.
Also, upstream have currently disabled support for Vc on OSX. Its not clear yet if this is temporary or not, so I have kept the variant for the moment, but disabled the actual build and added a warning. To be reviewed later on. Probably not so widely used...
