libgda fails to build against vala after 0.32 update

Description

vala-0.32 is not backwards compatible.

libgda5 fails to build because of this. configure fails with pkg-config failing to find vapigen-0.30 (vala 0.32 installs vapigen-0.32) 

configure: error: Can't locate vapigen-0.30 >= 0.26.0 program
