should also update to 1.3.6 - I'm not quite sure what's going on w/ the setup.py patch

I don't think the "ln -s" is needed in the destroot

In e335e838688df8785aa2cf1e64af121802d883bf/macports-ports:

bcfg2: update to 1.3.6 and python2.7

Add dependents and change description to clarify this is only the
client.

Using a simple bcfg2 server on another machine, this appears to work;
however there was no actually real world usage.
